An order can be place in one of the following ways when ordering items from Red Hill Footwear & Childrenswear.

Online
All orders placed online are made through our secure server. Please note all information remains encrypted and confidential.

Email
Email your order via the Contact Us page. Be sure to include all relevant information for your order and one of our staff will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.

Fax / Mail
Orders can also be sent via post and please note if you would like to pay by credit card, we will contact you by phone, payment can be processed on the spot. We advise you not to email or post credit card details.

Prices shown on our website are in AUD $ and include GST.

Payment
There are three ways to pay for your order from Red Hill Childrenswear & Footwear:

1. Online Credit Card Payment
   We have partnered with GeoTrust to bring you a secure shopping experience. You can be assured that your details are completely safe and all transactions secure through the GeoTrust gateway. Simply provide your credit card details on checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard. 



2. Direct Deposit
   Details will be provided after the order has been placed.



3. Money Order or Cheque
   These must be made payable to Red Hill Childrenswear & Footwear and sent to our postal address 49 Ford Street, Beechworth Vic 3747. Once money orders or cheques have been cleared your order will be processed and sent.
   
   Orders will be dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment.
   
   Any payments being made by direct deposit or money order that are not received within 14 days from the date of order will be cancelled.
