Sending a Gift
Red Hill would love to wrap that special gift free of charge and send to any recipient nominated by you. Please include the delivery address and personal message when completing your checkout or when faxing, emailing or phoning your order through. Please contact us to discuss your needs and requirements if further assistance is required.

Stock Availability
As Red Hill Footwear & Childrenswear sells from a shop as well as online, we may experience an overlap between orders and sales but we will always endeavour to keep all items in stock so we can service your order quickly. However if for any reason we cannot supply a product immediately we will contact you via email or telephone and advise you of the next availability or an alternative.

Pricing
Prices shown on our website are in AUD $ and include GST.

Sizing
Should you have any questions regarding certain fabrics or sizing of any of our items please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Exchanges
If the item you have chosen is not what you expected, the wrong size or the wrong colour Red Hill is happy to make an exchange, credit note or refund if notified and returned within 7 days from the day of purchase. When returning goods please contact us to request a Return Authority Number and be sure to enclose original receipts.  All items are to be returned in the original condition they were sent - unworn and unused and with labels attached.

Postage for return to store will be be at cost to the customer but we are happy to cover the return postage to our customers.

There are no exchanges or refunds on Sale items.

Should there be damages or a fault to your purchase we are more than happy to replace if available or refund if providing we are notified and items are returned with a Return Authority Number and receipt within 7 days of purchase.

Red Hill does not exchange or refund due to change of mind!

Cancellations
Please notify us of any cancellations immediately.  Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been processed and posted.

Any information gathered regarding our customers will used only for the completion of customer transactions and promotions as indicated on our contact and order forms.
